I’m DJ Gavlar, a vinyl-loving selector bringing feel-good soul, disco, funk and house to dancefloors, events and the airwaves.

 

Music has always been everything to me. It’s more than sound - it’s feeling, memory, and connection.

I’m obsessed with those moments when the right record drops and suddenly a whole room shifts… when people lock in, smile, sing, and lose themselves in it together making memories.

I spend my time digging for timeless classics and forgotten gems, not just to play music - but to create moments people carry with them long after the night ends.

Alongside DJing, I’m building From Disco To Disco - an app designed to bring people closer to the music at events, making it more collaborative, more human, and less about admin.

I recently joined the Harborough FM (HFM ) Radio team which is allowing me to connect with more people through music which i love.

Whether I’m behind the decks or building something new, it all comes back to one thing - creating real moments through music.
